Mr. Grogan has over ten years of experience in the eDiscovery and Litigation Analytics industry. He has led teams of consultants on large scale eDiscovery engagements for many Fortune 100 companies including internal investigations, regulatory, and litigation matters.

Over the past seven years, Mr. Grogan has worked on employment litigations, patent disputes, pharmaceutical litigations as well as financial and cryptocurrency investigations. He works closely with clients to create customized solutions for each project. He utilizes his experience to implement machine learning and other analytics tools to create structured document review strategies and reporting for relevant engagements.
